Generally so far I'm ok with the provided <br /> responses with the minor exceptions below, but I still need to see the full size figures that are in the mail. I did not send <br /> full size in the mail, they were couriered early this AM <br /> I'm not seeing the table you refer to in your response for the notification/damage waiver breakdown. We especially need <br /> to demonstrate that CDOT was properly noticed and provided with damage waiver for Highway 85, and I did see that a <br /> cert letter to Tim Bilobran was delivered on June 29. Did that include the damage waiver as well, or just notice to <br /> surrounding landowners within 200'? The email with him that you provided before was a bit unclear as to what was sent <br /> to him. CDOT was given the structure agreements with the slope stability analysis via certified mail. I also sent Tim <br /> Bilobran the neighbor notification and the structure agreement and slope stability reports via email. Table attached with <br /> property and structures. <br /> We need to allow Century Link 20 days to comment on their notice/waiver that was delivered on Aug 3, so a couple more <br /> days to go there but I'm optimistic that it won't be an issue. no problem. <br /> E - _ <br /> What is Section C the "Misc. Phase"? Is this the area surrounding the excavations? -The miscellaneous is 12 acres and <br /> 6 acres in the NE corner and the 5 acre recharge pond on the west side of HWY 85. 1 removed the 12 acres to make it <br /> just the 6 acres and 5 acres respectively because I account for the 12 acre processing area under Item D. <br /> Please edit/remove the costs for the Processing Area (remove item 1 - move serge piles into settling/silt pond, and item <br /> 10 remove conveyor crossing?), and remove other unneeded line items (2-6).. 10-4, see attached. <br /> I will also need some kind of documentation/explanation for the costs provided for the installation of the slurry wall. see <br /> attached cost (via email) from slurry wall contractor. <br /> Groundwater- <br /> I don't see the map of wells within 600'that you refer to., look at existing conditions sheet 2 but I attached the same <br /> drawings and redlined it to show the wells. <br />
