Replacement Water: replacement water is not required as no groundwater will be used <br /> onsite. Should dust suppression water be used is will be a maximum of 3 acre-feet per year. <br /> This water will come from augmentation water owner by the operator. In the rare event the <br /> miner needs to expose groundwater or use groundwater for mining purposes prior to eth <br /> slurry wall be approved the miner understands that a Substitute Water Supply Plan will have <br /> to be obtained.
