An analysis of historic irrigation conducted in support of Everist's Substitute Water
Supply Plan for its MCR aggregate mining operation concluded that historic consumptive
use credits associated with the dried up fields total 111.28 acre-feet.The monthly
distribution of these dry up credits Is shown in the attached Exhibit B.
B. Green Mountain Reservoir. Everist has entered into a contract with the U.S. Bureau of
Reclamation for the right to obtain the annual release of 84 acre-feet of water from Green
Mountain Reservoir.Of this total,20.8 acre-feet are needed for replacement of the long-term
stream depletions described above.
7. Conclusion
Exhibit C displays,on a monthly basis,the long-term depletions and corresponding repfacement
water. By utilizing a combination of the aforementioned water rights and Everist's Green
Mountain Reservoir water,Everist will replace all long-term depletions associated with its MCR
gravel mining operations, for as long as these depletions exist or until such time when another
source(s)of replacement water is obtained.
Further affiant sayeth not.
J anna Hopkins f
i
Subscribed and sworn to before me this day of January,2015 by Joanna Hopkins.
Witness my hand and official seal. t
Notary public C1AJ.S1,
My commission expires: 22/ i
Cp91+A \ A
P
of Gp'-
3
