MESA <br />COUNTY <br />Letter of Acceptance/Denial <br />7/13/2018 <br />Ray Morris <br />The waste information and the MSDS for 2 quantity 5 gallon buckets of petroleum impacted soil <br />on 7/13/2018 has been reviewed. If approved for disposal, the generator must schedule an <br />appointment with the Regulatory Compliance Manager for drop-off. All special wastes must be <br />delivered on the agreed upon date and time.
