7. Within thirty (30) days after commencement of operation or issuance of this permit, whichever <br />is later, the permit number must be posted in an easily visible location for ease of <br />identification. (Reference: Regulation Number 3, Part B, III.E.) (State only enforceable) <br />The manufacturer, model number and serial number of the subject equipment under AIRS IDs <br />033 and 035 must be provided to the Division within one hundred and eighty days (180) after <br />commencement of operation or issuance of this permit, whichever is later. (Reference: <br />Regulation Number 3, Part B, III.G.2.) <br />EMISSION LIMITATIONS AND RECORDS <br />Emissions of air pollutants must not exceed the following limitations (as calculated using the <br />emission factors included in Attachment A section of this permit). Hourly, Daily and Annual <br />records of the actual emission rates must be maintained by the applicant and made available <br />to the Division for inspection upon request.
