Sherri Burton 7/20/2018 <br /> Rock and Rail, LLC._ <br /> 501 S 9ch Street <br /> Canon City,Colorado 81212 <br /> Re; Notice of filing application for Division of Reclamation permit <br /> Sherri, <br /> Thank you for the information from our phone conversation on Friday.As I mentioned on the phone I <br /> work with Tom Zimmerman concerning his mining claim on the BLM property on the South side of the <br /> Arkansas River at Parkdale. <br /> Although the land with the mining permit is BLM property and Tom is permitted with the BLM to mine <br /> there,the BLM had requested that we also contact the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and <br /> Safety(CDRMS) concerning any requirements they may have. Subsequently the CDRMS requested we <br /> file a Hard Rock Reclamation Permit 110(1). <br /> Part of the requirements for the CDRMS permit is to make a public notification of the filing of the <br /> application. With this in mind we have notified the BLM via e-mail, and we will have a Public Notice <br /> published in the Canon City Daily Record on 7/21/2018.
