(SHPO) on May 18, 2017 with no adequacy items regarding Colowyo RN -07. <br />3.3 Status of Permit Revision and Technical Revisions <br />This section identifies Technical Revisions (TR) processed since the Findings of Permit Renewal <br />No. 6 (May 20, 2013). <br />TR -99 TR -99 revised Map 45 to indicate that the height of the temporary East Taylor Fill <br />will not be increased; it also added a geotechnical assessment to Exhibit 21, Item <br />1. <br />TR -100 TR -100 revised Colowyo's mine plan to include highwall mining in the West Pit <br />and South Taylor Pit. <br />TR -101 TR -101 revised the alignment of the South Taylor haul road south of the West Pit. <br />In addition, the spoil grading plan was updated. <br />TR -102 TR -102 revised the design for the lower portion of the West Pit Coal Road Ditch, <br />changing the design from trapezoidal to triangular. <br />TR -103 TR -103 approved additional highwall mining in the South Taylor Pit. This <br />included mining of the E -Seam at the end wall at the south end of the pit. <br />TR -104 TR -104 approved the construction of a two acre-foot impoundment in the channel <br />of the East Taylor Ditch. <br />TR -105 TR -105 revised the approved post -mining topography and associated post -mining <br />drainage channels in the East Pit, West Pit and South Taylor Pit. There were no <br />proposed changes to the mine's permitted, affected or disturbed acreages. <br />TR -106 TR -106 revised the access and haul roads associated with the Collom project. <br />TR -107 TR -107 approved topsoil haulage and a small area exemption for an area being <br />reclaimed that contained the Lower Administration building near Colowyo's <br />entrance to the mine. <br />TR -108 TR -108 revised a raw water pipeline alignment from the Wilson Reservoir directly <br />adjacent to the existing raw water pipeline, a temporary facilities area to support <br />development of the Collom Haul Road and Facilities, two new sediment ponds, <br />access roads to support mine development, additional topsoil stockpile locations <br />for the Collom Haul Road, a minimal increase in the permit boundary, a revised <br />disturbance boundary for construction of the Collom Haul Road, an elevated <br />crossing design of Moffat County Road 51 per the request of Moffat County, and a <br />Revised Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance August 2018 <br />Permit Renewal No. 7 Page 16 <br />
