Permit: C1981-010 <br />Sediment Pond Inspections DRMS Review 2018 Quarter 2 <br />Dear Ms. Perkins: <br />Thank you for your prompt submittal of the Trappers quarterly pond inspections. The Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (The Division) has reviewed the above referenced report detailing capacity data <br />and inspection observations received by the Division on 22 June 2018. Sediment pond inspections were conducted <br />by TMI on the the 5' , 6t' , 7', and 191' of June 2018. <br />This report appears to be in compliance with the applicable sections of Rules 4.05.9. Four maintenance items were <br />noted during the inspections comprising marker posts, borrows requiring filling and berms that require knocking <br />down. The ponds that were discharging: <br />o No Name <br />o Middle Flume <br />Kind Regards, <br />Robin Reilley, M.S.
