The information and discussion below <br /> address each comment as it was presented by the Division: <br /> Proof of posting responses to Adequacy Review No. 3 comments (response dated <br /> July 30, 2018) with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder is attached. Additionally, since <br /> a large amount of time has passed since the original permit application and past adequacy <br /> responses were posted with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder, a new copy of the <br /> original application and the first two adequacy review responses were re-posted with the <br /> Clerk and Recorder. <br /> 6.4.5 Exhibit E—Reclamation Plan <br /> 1. Prior to affecting land within MA2, MA3, or MA4, Aggregate Industries — WCR, Inc. will <br /> notify the Division in writing and will submit for approval appropriate permit revisions <br /> consistent with the alternative mining and reclamation plans. We understand that the <br /> material submittal is only for notification and updating of mining and reclamation activities <br /> that have already been approved under this permit and a permit amendment will not be <br /> required. <br /> 6.4.7 Exhibit G—Water Information <br /> 2. Following discussions with DRMS staff, additional St. Vrain Creek flood impact analyses <br /> were performed for the Irwin/Thomas Mine areas. The additional analyses are included in <br /> the attached report, "Flood Impact and Mitigation Evaluation for the Irwin/Thomas Mine". <br /> The evaluation used reports and modeling information that was prepared for the St. Vrain <br /> Creek September 2013 flood mitigation planning effort. The evaluation presents an <br /> assessment of the creek channel stability, flood hydraulics through the project reach, <br /> potential flood related impacts, and recommended impact mitigation measures.
