The topsoil stockpile footprint was stable and well vegetated (Photo 2). No indications of erosion were <br />observed. The waste rock pile was stable with no erosional issues (Photo 3). The reclaimed pile was well <br />vegetated. The reclaimed haul road was stable and had no erosional features. The signs <br />displayed the required information regarding the Permittee, the permit number and the Division. In the designated <br />areas, the stream buffer zone markers were clearly marked. Throughout the inspection, disturbance area boundary <br />markers were observed to be in the correct locations.
