Tri-State is the parent company of ERMR. The New Horizon North Mine operates <br />under the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) Permit No. C-2010-089. <br />MR -25 updates Appendix 2.03.9-1 Personal Injury & Property Damage Insurance to <br />include the most recent Certificate of Liability Insurance for Elk Ridge Mining & Reclamation. <br />Also enclosed please find a revision application and a change of index sheet to ease <br />incorporation of these materials in to the permit.
