This Statement of Authority relates to an entity named Garnet Mesa Investments, LLC, a dissolved Colorado limited liability limited company, and is executed on behalf of the entity pursuant to the provisions of Section 38-30-172, C.R.S. The dissolution resulted in the transfer of the property upon which the Warren gravel pit sits to be transferred to William R. Hansen and Richard A. Hansen (Hansen). See quitclaim deed attached as Exhibit A. Hansen subsequently transferred the subject property to Burr Oak Investments, LLC. See deed attached as Exhibit B. This Statement of Authority is to allow Richard A. Hansen as the person charged with winding up the affairs of Garnet Mesa Investments, LLC to execute all documents necessary to transfer Permit Number M-2012-024 from Garnet Mesa Investments, LLC to Burr Oak Investments, LLC. 2.
