The project area is located outside of the Corps, Omaha District's civil works <br /> boundary; therefore, we cannot provide specific comments on impacts to Corps owned <br /> or operated lands or environmental-based comments on the project. For these type of <br /> comments you will need to contact our Kansas City District as they have civil works <br /> jurisdiction over this area.
