To certify <br /> repairs made to the liner, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) requested <br /> CC&V to submit phased certification reports. On July 3, 2018, CC&V submitted the Record of <br /> Construction-A,Obrt—VLF2 Recertification Project— Subgrade and Geomembrane 9650'-9750' <br /> Elevations. DRMS reviewed the Construction Report and provided comments to CC&V.
