Dear Alan Parkerson:
On July 12,2018,the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the succession of operators
from Parkerson Construction, Inc. to Kilgore Companies LLC dba Elam Construction for this operation.
Kilgore Companies LLC dba Elam Construction is now the permitted operator of the Woodring Pit,and
as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-1978-323, as well as those specified in the Rules and
Regulations.
Enclosed are the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided.

These have been released as of July 12, 2018 Division approval for the succession of operators. The
