This written notification is follow-up to the verbal
notification that was made to you via voicemail on July 11th, 2018.
MNGW-1 was sampled during a normally scheduled monitoring event on June 26th 2018, with a pH value
of 5.7 standard units (s.u.). This exceeded the numeric protection limit(NPL) of 6 5-8.5. As required by the
Groundwater Management plan, a follow-up pH measurement was taken within 30 days on July 101h, 2018,
resulting in a pH of 6.3 s.u.
These results do not appear to be anomalous or obvious outliers.
