(Tri-State), is the parent company to <br />Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company L.P. (Colowyo). <br />Therefore, Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting three (3) copies of minor revision 189 (MR -189) <br />to Permit No. C-1981-019. <br />MR -189 provides Exhibit 5 Item 10 to the permit, which includes a cultural resource discovery <br />report and Historic Properties Treatment Plan to mitigate the site included in the discovery report. <br />Also included in this minor revision are a revision application and a change of index sheet to <br />ease incorporation of this revision into the permit document.
