EXHIBIT H -WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br /> The information provided in this Exhibit is intended to satisfy the requirements outlined in Section <br /> 6.4.8 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Construction Material Rules and <br /> Regulations: <br /> (1) The Operator/Applicant shall include in this Exhibit, a description of the game and <br /> non-game resources on and in the vicinity of the application area, including, <br /> a) A description of the significant wildlife resources on the affected land, <br /> This information is provided in the attached Exhibit H Wildlife Information, prepared by <br /> Pinyon Environmental Engineering, located at 3222 S Vance St#200, Lakewood, CO <br /> 80227 based on a site investigation conducted on November 16, 2017. <br /> b) Seasonal use of the area; <br /> This information is provided in the attached Exhibit H Wildlife Information, prepared by <br /> Pinyon Environmental Engineering, located at 3222 S Vance St#200, Lakewood, CO <br /> 80227 based on a site investigation conducted on November 16, 2017. <br /> c) Threatened or endangered species, <br /> The attached Pinyon Environmental Engineering Exhibit H Wildlife Information <br /> included an evaluation for threatened and endangered species.
