Phase 3: This phase will consist of the eastern cell and will take approximately 3 years <br /> to mine and 2 years to reclaim. <br /> (� A description of.- <br /> i. The minimum thickness shall be 6 inches above the <br /> surrounding finished grade. <br /> WEED MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> Burnco Colorado, LLC has a full-time weed manager on staff. This person is responsible for <br /> monitoring and controlling noxious weeds as they appear. Burnco Colorado, LLC typically prefers <br /> to control weeds mechanically, by mowing and/or discing. If necessary, weeds will be killed with a <br /> contact herbicide.
