Adequacy review <br />questions are numbered in bold. <br />Rule 2.04.4 <br />Adequately addressed. <br />Rule 2.04.8.1 <br />DRMS was unable to locate any text or figures related to baseline climate <br />data other than one figure associated with Annual Percent Wind Frequency. <br />1.
