d. Safety fencing will be installed to minimize hazards to wildlife and the public.
4. Small open pit production mining would consist of enlarging the exploration trench
via excavation of waste rock/overburden to a stockpile proximal to the pit, cutting
access to production areas by benching no higher than 4 feet per bench to a planned
maximum of four benches. Once sufficient area has been trenched, continued
trenching will back fill the original space trenched so that the work will proceed as a
cut and fill operation, cutting in front and filling behind. In this way, large dumps will
be avoided and reclamation efforts will be reduced as the backfill, though rough, will
be already replaced into the trenched area.
5. No processing of mineral specimens, if any are recovered, will take place on site.
6.3.3 1 f
The maximum dimensions of proposed disturbance are approximate, as they will be irregular in
size. Those dimensions are included below in Table 1 and are illustrated in Exhibit E, Map E— 4,
Supplemental Map.
Only one trench or equipment -dug excavation will be open at one time, as the disturbance
will be backfilled and re -contoured prior to moving to the next area of excavation. (The
potential areas of possible trenching are numbered on the map in Exhibit E, Map E— 4,
Supplemental Map and in Table 1. Work may begin at locality 4.10 the "Upper Area".)
THE REST OF THIS PAGE IS INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK
Reclamation Permit Application for Ten Percenter Claim BLM CMC254209
USFS File Code 2810, USFS MPO-2018-004
