The locations of the approximate center point for each site are listed below:
4.10 Upper Area: 473,915 E,4321,078 N, UTM NAD 27 (CONUS), Zone 13 S.
4.20 Middle Area: 473,940 E,4321,010 N, UTM NAD 27 (CONUS), Zone 13 S.
4.30 Lower Area: 473,900 E, 4320,960 N, UTM NAD 27 (CONUS), Zone 13 S.
4.40 Qtz Blowout: 473,980 E,4321,110 N, UTM NAD 27 (CONUS), Zone 13 S.
NOTE: Total Proposed "Affected Area" is 396,400 square feet or 9.100 Acres. All 2017
Disturbance (now "Monitored Reclamation") is entirely within Proposed Affected Area.
Approximate additional reclamation required for existing (pre-1981) "un-named" US Forest
Service Road (formerly USFS trail 273) and outside of Proposed Affected Area: 2,200 linear
feet X a 10-foot width = 22,000 square feet or 0.5051 acres.
The total area to be reclaimed (including seeding pre-existing road) = 418,400 square feet or
9.605 acres.
The work will continue to trench one site at a time. If mineralization is not discovered, the
excavations will be backfilled and the site reclaimed. If the initial excavation of each site is
not successful in finding mineralization, the disturbance to that site may be substantially
less than the amount proposed.
There is substantial existing disturbance at areas 4.10 Upper, 4.20 Middle, and 4.30 Lower.
This existing disturbance, consisting of two track roads, hand dug pits and partially
reclaimed excavations by bulldozer, may be re-excavated then later reclaimed.
THE REST OF THIS PAGE IS INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK
Reclamation Permit Application for Ten Percenter Claim BLM CMC254209
USFS File Code 2810,USFS MPO-2018-004
