Update page 2-8 Section 2.03.8 regarding permit term (currently listed as 2008). <br />The Division has updated the Reclamation Cost Estimate, and found the costs associated <br />with the remaining reclamation tasks to be $4,985. As per Rule 3.02.2(3) requiring that <br />the minimum bond to be retained for any single permit not be less than $10,000.00, the <br />Division holds a bond for $10,000.00 for the North Thompson Creek Mine. The current <br />bond is adequate for the remaining reclamation liability. The Division’s estimate is <br />included with this letter. <br /> <br />The proposed decision date is August 4, 2018. Please provide the requested updates prior <br />to the proposed decision date.
