I subsequently filed a request for a jurisdictional determination <br />and expect to receive the formal USACE paperwork within the next couple weeks. Given the Corp's verbal <br />confirmation, we directed our design consultant (CH2M Hill/Jacobs) to modify their previous design to fit the ne <br />n <br />location. We reviewed their conceptual design earlier this week, and they are making some minor final edits. 0 1 <br />we receive the revised designs, we will modify the pending TR application materials and submit for your review a <br />th <br />approval.
