I signed the permit for Aggregate Industries <br /> as applicant. Josh Nims, Senior Water Resources Engineer for City of Westminster, signed the <br /> Authorization on behalf of the City as owner of the structures (Page 2 of the application). As <br /> noted on the application form,the house and two other structures were demolished as mining <br /> progressed.
