This consent is in response to the September 12, 2017 email from Jennifer Lindahl, <br />engineer with Bishop -Brogden Associates, Inc. representing Ready Mixed Concrete Company, requesting said <br />extension pursuant to the attached Delivery Schedule that is to modify and replace the original Delivery Schedule. <br />Extension of the Agreement for additional one-year terms is permitted under Faragraph I of the Agreement. Further, <br />the Delivery Schedule for water under the Agreement may be modified and replaced pursuant to Paragraph 2 of the <br />Agreement. The modified Delivery Schedule attached to this letter will replace the Delivery Schedule attached as <br />Exhibit A to the Agreement for the additional one-year term. The Effective Date of the additional one-year tennis <br />January 1, 2018.
