Enclosed you will find updated notary <br /> acknowledgements for performance and financial warranty forms,also an affidavit of authority for <br /> Russell A. Larsen to execute the financial warranties. Directly behind this letter is a memorandum of the <br /> lease agreement that provides right of entry as proof of lease agreement between all respective <br /> landowners and previous operators and Kilgore Companies, LLC dba Elam Construction. <br /> I am still waiting for counter signed structure agreements for 23 1/4 Road (physical road) 23 '/Z <br /> Road(physical road) from the City of Grand Junction(Originally sent April 301h, 2018) last email <br /> exchange May 15th, 2018. Also waiting for the overhead powerlines structure agreement from Xcel <br /> Energy(sent May 21", 2018) last correspondence was June 71h, 2018.
