The weather was fine and dry. The site was secure and stable with no signs of recent disturbance. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> Most vegetation at the site was very dry, following a hot and dry start to the summer. Sedges along the <br />sinuous channel were thriving. <br />Tamarisk (Tamarix Spp.) near the seep, had not yet been treated. <br /> <br />SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12: <br /> An Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV; “drone”) was used to collect data in order to survey the site; since <br />that data is still being processed, comments and conclusions based on its analysis are not included in this report. <br />Several still images are included however, in which the largest of the underground vents is clearly visible.
