The weather was fine and dry. The site was secure and stable with no signs of recent disturbance.

REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15
Vegetative Cover; Timing:
Most vegetation at the site was very dry, following a hot and dry start to the summer. Sedges along the
sinuous channel were thriving.
Tamarisk (Tamarix Spp.) near the seep, had not yet been treated.

SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12:
An Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV; “drone”) was used to collect data in order to survey the site; since
that data is still being processed, comments and conclusions based on its analysis are not included in this report.
Several still images are included however, in which the largest of the underground vents is clearly visible. There
was no evidence of any charring from the underground fire (which it must be assumed is still burning), and no sign
of any new instability.

DOCUMENTS RECEIVED
N/A
OTHER (SPECIFY)
N/A
ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE

No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending.
