LLC have reviewed the comments we <br />received in your emails dated June 14, 2018, and June 15. 2018, for the Derr Pit, Permit M- <br />2008-107 Amendment application. Below are the comments and the corresponding responses <br />that have been provided to address the comments. <br />1. Still need to identify property ownership and ownership of permanent structures (oillgas <br />facilities) in the parcel internal to the permit area (west center). Also need to make sure <br />they are addressed in Exhibit S as well. <br />Response: <br />Exhibit C maps and Exhibit S have been Updated as requested. See the attached updated <br />Exhibit C maps and Exhibit S narrative. <br />2. Please remove any reference to water handling infrastructure to be placed in reservoirs <br />after permit release from reclamation plan. If, in the future, the structures currently <br />discussed are required to be installed prior to permit release a technical revision will be <br />required_ <br />Response: <br />References to water handling infrastructure have been removed.
