The Division is correct that the site is in the NE quarter section of section 18, and the SW quarter <br /> of the NE quarter(quarter/quarter).This was also confirmed on the Fremont County GIS system. <br /> Page 3 of the application has been corrected accordingly. <br /> 2. A notarized signature sheet signed by Tom Zimmerman will be submitted with this response. <br /> GENERAL <br /> 3. The applicant has followed the suggestion of the Division and downloaded the rules for"Hard <br /> Rock, Metal,and Designated Mining Operations" and intend to follow the guidelines.The <br /> original application did rely on the documents already on file with the Bureau of Land <br /> Management(BLM)and to facilitate the review of this application the pertinent information will <br /> be documented on individual exhibits and attached to this response. <br /> Exhibit D—Reclamation Plan (Rule 6.3.4): <br /> 4.
