No operator was present during the inspection. The <br />weather was clear and ground conditions was dry. Temperatures during the inspectio n were around ninety degrees <br />fahrenheit. The inspection started with a records check at the Fremont County Recorder office in Canyon City, <br />CO. The records remain missing from the recorder office at the date of the inspections. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS – Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />All records were kept at the Fremont County Recorder office in Canyon City, CO but have been removed. <br /> <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9 ; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The Magpie Diversion was ins pected. Maintenance, as requested by the Division, on the small upper portion on <br />the northern embankment of the Magpie Diversion has still not been completed. Maintenance is still warranted on <br />this section of Magpie Diversion. For additional details regar ding the area, please refer to the Division’s report <br />dated February 24, 2017. The majority of the diversion is well armored along the base of the channel with rip rap. <br />No major erosion or cutting was observed and the channel remains stable. The culvert ass ociated with the <br />remaining portion of the channel was clear.
