West, Environmental Protection Specialist k l/.r.o <br />RE: Sunnyside Gold Corp, Sunnyside Gold Mine, Permit No. M-1977-378 — AR05 <br />Please be advised that on May 31, 2018, Sunnyside Gold Corp, whose address and telephone number are P.O. Box <br />177, Silverton, CO 81433; (970) 317-1877, submitted a request for partial acreage release for the Sunnyside Gold <br />Mine, Permit No. M-1977-378. The hard rock/metal mining operation is located at or near Section 10, Township <br />41N, Range 7W, 10" Principle Meridian, in San Juan County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (3 03) 866- <br />3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
