A portion of the pile will <br />be utilized to create a bench in order to expose the top of the Horse Gulch surface <br />for reclamation. This topsoil pile has the volume to cover 100 acres of reclamation <br />with 12-14 inches of topsoil. <br />o No rilling or gullying was present at topsoil piles observed on this inspection. <br /> <br /> <br />
