Please submit an updated decommissioning plan that commits to screening the alluvial <br />material and making a determination regarding whether it will be placed in the Minnesota Adit or <br />on Waste Rock piles and please specify the DCGL that Cotter will be using. <br />2. Please provide an agreement contract for the purpose of demonstrating that Cotter <br />Corporation can adequately dispose of the IX media. <br />3. Please amend the “Radiation Safety Manual for Ion Exchange Treatment System” to include <br />specific procedures for packaging, monitoring, and shipping the IX resin media. <br />4. Please amend the “Radiation Safety Manual for Ion Exchange Treatment System” to include <br />characterization and proper disposal of pre filters. <br />5.
