If the operation is <br /> intended to be an intermittent operation as defined in Section 34-32.5- <br /> 103(11)(b), C.R.S., the Applicant should include in this exhibit a <br /> statement that conforms to the provisions of Section 34-32.5- <br /> 103(1 1)(b), C.R.S. Such timetable should include: <br /> (i) an estimate of the periods of time which will be required for <br /> the various stages or phases of the operation; <br /> Construction of River Run Phase 1 will commence in Summer <br /> of 2018 and progress thru 2019. River Run Phase 1 includes <br /> PA 7 through 17 and parcel X. The start of Phase 2 is <br /> dependent on the success of Phase 2. Development of PAs 5, 6, <br /> 18, 19, 20,21, and 22 is dependent on market conditions. PA <br /> numbers are in reference to Exhibit D. <br /> (ii) a description of the size and location of each area to be worked <br /> during each phase; <br /> Construction will generally proceed in the Phase 1 areas and use <br /> the nearest available source of gravel and/or fill materials. Size <br /> of disturbance will vary according to adjacent fill material <br /> needs. <br /> (iii) outlining the sequence in which each stage or phase of the <br /> operation will be carried out. <br /> A portion of the area has been mined and there are existing <br /> stockpiles present that will be used for River Run Resort Phase <br /> 1 and Phase 2 as approved for development by Town of <br /> Granby. More mining may occur, as needed,based on what is <br /> needed for the River Run Resort. <br /> (Timetables need not be separate and distinct from the mining plan,but <br /> may be incorporated therein.) <br /> The Town of Granby plans to use the previously mined and <br /> stockpiled material for the Sun Communities River Run Resort <br /> development and for development of PAs 5, 6, 18—22.
