The adjacent(adjoining) surface owners, identified from the Grand <br /> County Parcel Viewer(Grand County 2018), include the following: <br /> • Horn Ranches, Inc. <br /> • Granby Realty Partners, LLC <br /> • CDOT ROW <br /> • Karen N Caloca <br /> • Carl Borgstrom <br /> • Dines,Family Holdings,LLLP <br /> • C Lazy U Preserves LLC <br /> • United States of America <br /> • Northern Colorado Water Conservation District <br /> • John Miller and Barbara N <br /> • C Lazy U Ranch Holdings LLC <br /> (b) the name and location of all creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas <br /> wells and lines, and power and communication lines on the area of <br /> affected land and within two hundred(200)feet of all boundaries of <br /> such area; <br /> Exhibit C-b&g shows all rivers,creeks, ditches,roads, and <br /> railroads in the permit area. There is a gas line that runs under <br /> Highway 34,outside the permit area but within the 200 foot buffer. <br /> There are no power and communication lines in the permit area or <br /> within the 200 foot buffer. <br /> (c) the existing topography of the area with contour lines of sufficient <br /> detail to portray the direction and rate of slope of the affected land; <br /> The existing topography and affected area in the permit boundary is <br /> illustrated in Exhibit C-c. <br /> (d) the total area to be involved in the operation, including the area to <br /> be mined and the area of affected lands(see definition of"Affected <br /> Land"); <br /> The affected lands are indicated in light purple in the Exhibit C b& <br /> 9. <br /> (e) the type of present vegetation covering the affected lands;and <br /> The majority of the subject site consists of undeveloped and <br /> grassland with some trees and shrubs (Appendix A). There are also <br /> some wetlands present in the project area,primarily along the <br /> Colorado River. The mining operations will NOT affect wetlands. <br /> The northern area of the project area is big sagebrush shrubland <br /> (Appendix B). <br /> (f) in conjunction with Exhibit G-Water Information, Subsection 6.4.7, <br /> if required by the Office, further water resources information will be <br /> presented on a map in this section. <br /> --Not Applicable-- <br /> Town of Granby Mining Permit 2 <br />
