If the DOW has <br /> comments, they must be provided prior to the end of the public <br /> comment period specified in Subsection 1.7.1(2)(a) to be <br /> considered by the Board and Office. <br /> The CPW has already reviewed the draft plans for the River <br /> Run Resort and provided comments back in early September <br /> 2016. There were no formal comments,however CPW asked <br /> that the wildlife corridors be added to the plan set. The resort <br /> added the corridors to the plan site, see Appendix J. <br /> 6.4.9 EXHIBIT I- oils Information <br /> (1) In consultation with the Soil Conservation Service or <br /> other qualified person,the Operator/Applicant shall indicate on <br /> a map (in Exhibit C) or by a statement, the general type, <br /> thickness and distribution of soil over the affected land. Such <br /> description will address suitability of topsoil(or other material) <br /> for establishment and maintenance of plant growth. The above <br /> information shall satisfy "completeness" requirements for <br /> purposes of determination of date of filing. <br /> Exhibit C-h is a map from NRCS web soil survey showing the <br /> variety of soil map units within the permit area as well as the <br /> location.
