MCC conducted and submitted the last performance evaluation on
December 7, 2015, when the plant was in full -operating mode.
The plant was restarted as of August 812017, and the coal processing equipment is again in full
operating mode and the performance evaluation for this equipment was performed on August
25'', 2017. Results were less than half of the applicable opacity limit, which means that the next
scheduled performance evaluation will be in 12 months provided the equipment is operating in
full operating mode at that time.
Should you have questions or require additional information, please contact me at
(970) 929-2301.
Sincerely,
Michael J.
