(Tri-State), is the parent <br />company to Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company <br />L.P. (Colowyo). Therefore, Tri-State is submitting the 2018 Annual Rill and Gully Report on <br />behalf of Colowyo. <br />Permit requirements in Section 4.14.6 of Colowyo's permit to mine (Permit No. C-1981- <br />019), require Colowyo to submit an Annual Rill and Gully Report no later than June 15 of each <br />year.
