10. Since the useable material is crystals, very little material is actually removed from the site. It <br />will take years to remove even one cubic yard of material. <br />I'i. Extraction will not currently utilize any explosives. <br />12. Extraction will not result in the exposure of tributary ground water. <br />13. Lost Creek Mining, LLC consists of only the owner -operators of the mine site, and as such <br />we receive no compensation for the extraction of the minerals. Once extracted, we sell the <br />mineral specimens or the art4ewelry items the will become. <br />14. We will be operating under a Notice of Intent from the USFS. The request for the NOl is <br />being mailed out simultaneously with this form to the South Platte Ranger District office in <br />Morrison, CO. <br />15. We have no other permits other than our filing for the lode mining claim with Bureau of Land <br />Management, and with the Chaffee County Clerk and Recorder. <br />18. There are no statetiederalllocal agency participants in terms of funding and design. <br />17. We will make no post mining uses of the land. We will make all efforts to keeplretum the <br />area to pristine National Forest Land. <br />18. We do not use heavy equipment on this site. <br />
