If an <br /> agreement is unable to be reached a geotechnical assessment may be provided to <br /> demonstrate that the structures shall not be damaged. <br /> Response: <br /> 1. Damage waivers have been provided to all structure owners within 200 ft of the <br /> permit area. See the attached damage waiver agreements and certified mail <br /> receipts. A detailed listing of structures and owners has been included in Exhibit <br /> S. All structures/owners have been shown on the updated Exhibit C maps. See the <br /> attached updated Exhibit S. <br /> 2. A geotechnical slope stability analysis has been done to ensure that no structures <br /> will be adversely affected by the mining.
