2.05 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT FOR SURFACE OR UNDERGROUND MINING ACTIVITIES s <br />MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATION AND RECLAMATION PLANS. <br />b. (Item 8) The upper segment of the historic East Roatcap Creek <br />road does not need to be reestablished as a road. <br />c. (Item 9) The Steven's Gulch Allotment Stock Trail does not need <br />to be returned to a historic pre -mine portal location. The lower <br />portion of the stock trail needs to be completed to provide a <br />continuous trail back to the historic East Roatcap Creek road. <br />d. (Item 13) The Operator will work with the BLM to eliminate or <br />cover the rock scarp on the Steven's Gulch Allotment Stock Trail. <br />8. The reclamation progress through 2002 is presented on new Map <br />8A -19. <br />East Mine Reclamation (formerly OVM) <br />Structural Demolition <br />1. The Guard Shack was removed in 2001. However, some concrete <br />foundations and the security gates remain in this area. <br />2. The derelict weather station and dust sampling station were <br />removed in 2001. <br />3. The sewage treatment plantwas removed in 2001. <br />4. The crushing and screening plant, the truck loadout and conveyor <br />system on the crushing and screening bench was removed in 2001. <br />5. The shop and warehouse building, bulk storage building and the tire <br />repair shop were removed from the shop and warehouse bench <br />area in 2001. <br />6. The underground conveyor along with the access to the conveyor for <br />overflow material was removed from the shop and warehouse bench <br />in 2001. <br />7. The 2,000 ton surge silo was partially reclaimed in 2001 and <br />completed in 2007. <br />8. The downhill conveyor and bents (both elevated and on grade) from <br />the Office Bench were removed along with transfer tower #1 in 2001. <br />9. The mine offices /bathhouse, fueling station, conveyor system and <br />bulk rockdust system were removed from the Office and Portal <br />Bench during 2001 and 2002. <br />10.
