NORTHWEST COLORADO CONSULTANTS, INC. <br />FIELD REPORT <br />Project: Wilson Storage Project No.: 17-10754 <br />Date: <br />5/25117 <br />Pond Liner <br />Time: <br />12 0 <br />Location: Moffat County CO Report No.: 2 Liner <br />Mileage: <br />140 <br />Client: Wollam Construction <br />Engr. /Tech: <br />RE <br />Work Performed: <br />As requested, we visited the project site on today's date to conduct compaction testing and construction <br />observation for the Wilson Storage Pond clay liner The Precision Excavation crew began placement, moisture <br />conditioning and compaction of the first 4 -inch of clay liner across the pond floor Prior to placement of the clay <br />materials the crew scarified. moisture conditioned and recompacted the pond floor. We inspected the clay material <br />borrow site several times throughout the day to insure the materials remained consistent with the required clay <br />material <br />Remarks: <br />Based upon our observations it appeared the clay liner was constructed as specified <br />Due to the thin lift placed nuclear density compaction testing was not performed today <br />Verbal Discussions: <br />Tommy Sirk of Precision Excavating Mark Galambas of Wollam Construction and Patrick Wreck of Colowyo <br />were aware of today's visit <br />
