We inspected the clay material <br />borrow site several times throughout the day to insure the materials remained consistent with the required clay <br />material <br />Remarks: <br />Based upon our observations it appeared the clay liner was constructed as specified <br />Due to the thin lift placed nuclear density compaction testing was not performed today <br />Verbal Discussions: <br />Tommy Sirk of Precision Excavating Mark Galambas of Wollam Construction and Patrick Wreck of Colowyo <br />were aware of today's visit <br />
