Aerial images were taken by Harry Ranney of
CDRMS on May 23, 2018. The photos were downloaded on May 24, 2018. Review of the Downloaded photos
was conducted by Janet Binns of CDRMS on June 5, 2018. Janet Binns had been out of the office from May 24,
2018 to June 4, 2018, hence the delay on issuance of this inspection report.

The weather at the time of the aerial photos appeared to be clear and dry.
HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05
Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10;
Diversions 4.05.4; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18:
The operator was in the process of cleaning sediment out of pond F during this inspection. Pond B was dry. Pond D was dry.

During the Division’s April 26, 2017 inspection, the operator was locating and repairing a waterline leak near
culvert C-C15. The aerial photo shows that this location has been regraded and excelsior fabric anchored down at
the disturbance location.

PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES – Rule 4.10 and 4.11
Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement:
It appears that sediment from Pond F is being hauled and allowed to dry on Gob pile 4.
The operator continues to rework Gob pile 3.
