Inc. , I <br /> will respond to your May 23, 2018 adequacy review letter in the <br /> order and number format presented in that document . I have added <br /> each point to be addressed from your letter so when reviewing our <br /> response we do not have to keep referring back to your adequacy <br /> letter. <br /> As part of this response I have revised the supplemental <br /> Technical Revision page to add the items discussed below and <br /> revised the Map to show the new grading plan and location fo the <br /> topsoil pile. <br /> 1. The Division cannot approve a revision to the reclamation plan to leave a highwall in place. Please <br /> commit to grading the existing highwall to the required 3H:!V slope. <br /> McAtee Construction Company will grade the open face of the <br /> landowner borrow area to a final slope rate of 3h to Iv. <br /> 2. Please revise the proposed reclamation plan map to depict the final slope configuration of the <br /> landowner borrow area to conform to the 3H:1V slope requirements. <br /> Technical Revision 02 Reclamation Map has been revised to <br /> show the final slope in the landowner borrow area graded 3h <br /> to lv. <br /> 3. Will the topsoil that was stored for use on this area be used to reclaim the surrounding affected land?
