Mr. <br />Ranney downloaded the images on May 24, 2018. The images were reviewed by Janet Binns of CDRMS on June <br />5, 2018. Janet had been out of the office from May 24, 2018 to June 4, 2018, so the images were reviewed upon <br />her return. <br /> <br />The reclaimed mine site appears to be dry and the weather appeared sunny in the images. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; 4.05.2; <br /> Reclaimed pond areas appear stable. Drainage ditches alongside the remaining roadway appear to be <br />functioning appropriately, due to no evidence of gullying down the steep reclaimed slopes. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6), Reclamation <br />4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> Remaining roads appear in good condition with no sign of failure, ponding on roadways or gullying across <br />the roadways. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> The fabric mats anchored into the reclaimed pond footprints at the East Mine appear to be holding <br />together well. There is no sign of the mats getting pulled apart, or gapping. The fabric mats at the reclaimed <br />ROM reclaimed pond are holding up well, with no obvious sign of mat failure. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> The mine site appears dry. No puddles were visible and the vegetation visually appears dry. Vegetation <br />on the reclaimed East mine looks good with good ground cover, bare spots and gullies were not visible from the
