The bond <br />release application was found complete by this Division on May 31, 2018. Snowcap Coal <br />Company ha s submitted a bond release application for Phase II and Phase III release of acres <br />associated with the Roaside Portals Mine. The application requests: Phase II and III release of <br />2.4 acres, Phase III for 8.0 acres, and Phase I II release for 291.3 acres of undisturbed acreage. <br />The surface ownership is federal and private, and the coal mined was federal and private . <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
