Sheets 1,2 and 3, General Facilities for a location of the facility and pipeline. The borehole will be <br />permitted with the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC). The borehole well <br />string will consist of approximately 60' of 13 5/8" steel casing. The pipeline will consist of <br />approximately 7000' of 14" HDPE pipeline. The pipeline will be buried in the road immediately west <br />of the portal area, but will come to the surface as it turns north and is routed cross-country. Certain <br />sections of the pipe may need to be buried where needed at road crossings, and as conditions warrant. <br />The pipeline will terminate at the Elk Creek Generator and Thermal Oxidation Facility. The methane <br />from the sealed mine will be used in the thermal oxidizer or the electric generator sets to supplement <br />the gas obtained from the Elk Creek Mine. NFELLC indicates they need a pad with a top dimension <br />of approximately a 130' x 25' finished pad area no higher than on a 25' high fill and consisting of <br />approximately 2,000 cy of fill. <br />S. Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Contract SH 133 Bowie Resurfacing Project <br />Contractor Office and Staging area. During 2018, CDOT will be having l-lighway 133 resurfaced in <br />the Somerset, CO area. The Construction Contractor, United Companies, will lease the area south of <br />the Elk Creek Mine Bath House for the purpose of staging trailers, construction equipment, workers, <br />and materials in conjunction with the construction project. The primary items to be staged at the site <br />are: one 12 foot by 32 foot mobile office trailer, one 12 foot by 60 foot mobile office trailer, two each <br />portable toilets and one mobile dumpster. The mobile trailers are connected to electricity only, no <br />water or other utilities. United Companies shall return the property to its present condition at the end <br />of the lease. The construction is expected to be completed by September 30, 2018 <br />MR -109 2.05-23e Rev. May 2018 <br />
