(l •. ���.f d t'1'•, <br /> This photo provides a general view of the situation here. The very steep slopes surround on 2 sides a <br /> shallow dished basin. The slopes must be reduced to 3:1 all around the outside of the basin. It <br /> appears that the slope reduction will extend to about the road crossing the scale but not quite to the <br /> scale house itself. The slope reduction needs to be done with cut and fill or filling the basin as high as <br /> the steep break in the existing slope. Either cut the top of the berm down to create the slope or haul in <br /> material from further east on the berm to fill the bottom. <br />
