Top of berm <br /> can be sheared off to cover exposed cut <br /> faces below the soil and overburden that <br /> ,f composes the berm. <br /> Portions of the north berm toward the western end <br /> have a stepped pattern. It appears the step is the <br /> remains of an old road that aided in the construction <br /> of the higher portions of the west end of the North <br /> Berm. The step is a good idea but the slopes above <br /> and below the step are too steep. Entire slope must be <br /> reduced to a 3:1 grade from top to bottom.
